Steps to Making Dentures

Have you ever been wondering how to be making dentures?

The items that are needed is; acrylic fluid, acrylic powder, teeth colors, something light weight, pressure cooker and dremel tool.

The first step is in a thin layer paint on a release agent on the mold. After it dries, repeat this same step twice.

The next step is have a little of acrylic fluid drip in the mold and then have it slush around the mold.

The third step is sprinkle, gently, acrylic powder in the teeth mold. Make sure you have the color vary from light shade to transparent. Then have a
dark color to make a realistic shade.

The fourth step is rotate the plaster teeth inside the mold but make sure there is a snug fit.

The fifth step is place something that is light weight on the top of the case of plaster. Then wait several minutes.

The sixth step is place the mold inside of a pressure cooker that has hot water in it. If you do not have a pressure cooker then place water into
container or something will be big enough to hold the mold.

The seven step is wait ten (10) to fifteen (15) minutes. If you do not have a pressure cooker handy then you have to wait for thirty (30) to forty-five
(45) minutes.

The eighth step is remove the mold from the container or the pressure cooker.

The ninth step is carefully separate the mold.

The tenth step is carefully remove the cast away from the plastic teeth.

The last step is remove any excess spill from the plastic with using a dremel tool
